With over a decade of experience in Information Technology, Operations, and Real Estate, Becca brings a rare blend of technical depth, strategic insight, and entrepreneurial vision to every project she leads.
Becca began her professional career in 2013 while serving on Active Duty in the United States Marine Corps, where she developed leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure. She was honorably discharged as a Sergeant in 2018 and transitioned into government contracting, where she served as a Lead Systems Administrator. In that role, she managed enterprise-level systems and designed secure, classified networks for federal clients.
In 2020, Becca earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University—all while working full time. By 2023, she expanded into small business consulting, supporting clients across industries such as real estate, investment, construction, and custom manufacturing.
In addition to her consulting work, Becca is an experienced real estate investor and property manager with a portfolio spanning multiple states. Her focus includes short-term and mid-term rentals, direct booking platforms, and operational automation for property management. She specializes in developing technology-driven systems that increase efficiency, transparency, and profitability across her real estate operations.
Today, Becca serves as the Director of Operations for an RV Park Investment Company, where she focuses on systems optimization, automation, and scalable operational strategy. She also is a Managing Owner of Peachey Innovations, founded in 2024, a consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses integrate technology and streamline their operations for sustainable growth.
Becca is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Information Technology at the University of Denver, specializing in AI Strategy and Application in IT (expected graduation December 2026). Her mission is to bridge the gap between business and technology: empowering organizations and investors alike to operate smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
